What Sleeping at 9PM Did to My Life

Hey Beyonder👋

There's something about this week that just felt... different.

Maybe it's the discipline of sleeping early, maybe it's the thrill of sitting across legends in a brainstorming room, or maybe, it's that rare calm that comes when your body, mind, and work finally align.

Let me walk you through it.

The 5 AM Club (And Why I'm Obsessed)

Okay, confession time. I've become that person who tracks their sleep like it's a competitive sport.

From HRV scores to REM cycles, I've been on a mission to crack the code of my own body. And you know what? It's working. I've been sleeping by 9 PM and waking up at 5 AM for seven days straight now, and honestly, it feels like I've unlocked a cheat code.

I even got myself a smart ring that tracks everything. The data is addictive. But here's the real win: that annoying post-lunch dizziness that used to hit me like a truck? Gone. Vanished. Disappeared.

6-day streak 😌 even my sleep tracker’s proud of me.

I've cut down on sugar, kept up with my shuttle games, and actually started eating clean. And the ripple effect? I'm sharper, calmer, and weirdly more creative than I've been in months.

It's wild how much clarity comes when your body finally stops fighting you and starts working with you.

When Legends Drop Wisdom (A2B Podcast)

This week, our A2B podcast episode went live, and I'm still processing it.

Picture this: You're sitting across from the man who built one of India's most iconic food chains. You're asking him about industry competition, growth, and building a legacy. And then he drops lines that make you want to pause, rewind, and take notes.

The Room Where It Happened

Tuesday? Tuesday was insane.

I spent the entire day with the Aircel founder, and we're working on something that I can't fully talk about yet, but trust me when I say this: it's massive.

We're launching a Summit on November 14. Still in the ideation stage, but already, you can feel the energy in the room. Founder of Naturals, Behindwoods, Times of India, and so many more heavyweights, all throwing ideas around like it's a creative battleground.

And there I was. Youngest person in the room. Representing the Aircel founder. Contributing. Being heard.

There was this one moment when I just sat back for a second and thought, Wait. How did I get here?

Not in a self-doubting way. More like, in a "this is surreal" kind of way.

To have a voice in a room full of people who've built empires? To watch your ideas get picked up, discussed, and built upon? That's a feeling that sits with you long after the meeting ends.

We're still shaping this thing, but I'll tell you this much: when it drops, it's going to make waves.

Decathlon, Skates, and Childhood Memories

In between all the hustle, I found myself wandering through Decathlon. You know, just casually avoiding adulting for a bit.

Just a little reminder to my future self - we’re getting those skates soon

And then I saw them. People skating. Kids, mostly. Some wobbling, some gliding like pros.

And suddenly, I was eight years old again.

Skating used to be my thing. I'd spend hours on those wheels, feeling like I was flying. Watching those kids brought it all rushing back. The freedom. The thrill. The scraped knees.

I even took a quick picture. Maybe as a reminder. Maybe as a promise to myself that one day soon, I'll get a pair again and just... roll.

It's funny how certain moments tug at your younger self. Like they're nudging you, saying, "Hey, remember me? I'm still here."

The Content Flow State

Maybe it's the early mornings. Maybe it's the clarity from sleeping better. But lately, content creation has been flowing.

Reels, scripts, shoots. Everything just clicks. No overthinking. No forcing it. Just pure creative flow.

And here's the thing about consistency: it doesn't just build content. It builds confidence. Quietly. Day after day.

The mandatory early morning lift mirror photo :)

When you stop creating from chaos and start creating from clarity, everything changes. The ideas come faster. The execution feels smoother. And the results? They speak for themselves.

The Week That Made Sense

So yeah. This week wasn't just about ticking boxes or hitting goals.

It was about alignment.

Health aligning with focus. Creativity aligning with consistency. Big meetings aligning with small childhood pauses. And somehow, all of it just... fit.

These are the weeks that remind you why you're doing what you're doing. Why you wake up at 5 AM. Why you say yes to big rooms and bigger conversations. Why you still pause to watch kids skate at Decathlon.

Here's to more weeks like this. Where everything just feels right.
