What I Learned After 1 Million Followers and No Studio

Hey Beyonder! 👋

Hope you're doing great!

You know that feeling when everything clicks? When work doesn't feel like work anymore? That's exactly what happened to me last week.

When Everything Started Clicking

My teammate came to Chennai. We set up in my apartment and started working together.

Here's the crazy part - we worked 12 hours straight. But it felt like hanging out with a friend who gets excited about the same stuff as you.

Brainstorming in progress !

We made huge progress on our content program. We discussed about future projects. The energy was incredible.

That's when I realized something important. The right team energy changes everything.

One Day, Everything Accelerated

Because of this energy, something amazing happened. In one single day, I recorded five to six videos. That's more than I usually do in a week!

It's all because we created this synergy as a team. When everyone's excited and focused, magic happens.

This got me thinking about a dream I've had for years. Something I kept putting off because it never felt like the right time.

Finally Building My Dream

Remember how I mentioned wanting a studio setup? Well, it's finally happening!

The products I ordered have arrived. I'm setting up my own studio space.

This might sound silly, but it's been a dream for years.

Want to know the truth? I'm totally copying Ali Abdaal.

I started watching his videos during COVID in my third year of college. His studio has this cool, calm vibe that I've always wanted. The aesthetic is perfect.

If someone asks me, "Did you just copy him?" My answer is straight up YES.

Happy with the studio setup !

I'm hugely inspired by him. He built the kind of life I've always wanted. His videos give me hope. He's one of the big reasons I love this profession.

Here's what's crazy - I have over a million followers across social media. But I never spent money on a proper studio setup. For podcasts, I used to rent studios. For my own videos, I just focused on writing.

But now? Finally building something of my own.

Learning from Someone Who Cracked the Code

While building my studio, I was also learning from someone amazing.

Last week, I shot a podcast with a guy doing incredible things in the D2C space.

His brand solves real cooking problems. But here's what blew my mind - his company has over 5 million followers across social media.

For a D2C company that sells products directly to customers, that's huge. It's like having a marketing superpower.

I wanted to understand how someone builds such strong marketing channels. So I drilled him with questions.

He was actually happy that I did my research. He said most podcasters just ask about relationships and surface stuff. But I listened to his previous interviews and came prepared with deep questions.

Building powerful marketing distribution isn't easy. But he cracked the code. There's so much to learn from him.

Stay tuned !😉

The podcast went really well. I'll be releasing it soon, along with many other amazing conversations in the lineup.

The Real Magic Happens

Here's what I realized from this whole week. The process itself is the most rewarding part.

Building something meaningful with passionate people - that's what makes it all worth it.

We're building something bigger than what any of us could do alone.

And you know what? I didn't wait for the perfect studio to make content. I made content and now I'm building the perfect studio.

A Thought for You

Sometimes we wait for perfect conditions to start our dream projects.

The perfect time. The perfect setup. The perfect team.

But maybe the secret is starting with what you have and letting the energy build naturally.

What dream project have you been waiting to start?

Over to You
