I Loved Weekdays More Than Weekends

Hey!
Last week was different. Really different.
Something weird happened to me last week. I realized I was looking forward to weekdays more than weekends.
Let me explain.
My team was in the office most of the week. All of us. In one place. And honestly? It felt amazing.
The Realization That Changed Everything
After that week, something clicked.
I enjoyed my weekdays more than my weekend.
Think about it. How many people can say that? Very few, right?
Most of us are counting down to Friday. Dreading Monday morning. Living for those two days off.
But when your team becomes this fun? When work feels less like work?

My office and my team.
That's when you know you're in a good place.
I'm not saying weekends aren't great. They are. But when you're actually excited about Monday? That's something special.
Going Back to Basics
I've also been doing something else. Something that might sound silly.
I'm learning things we should've learned in school.
Basic questions like:
How does a fan work?
How do planes fly?
How do people survive in space?
You know these questions. We've all asked them as kids. But somewhere along the way, we stopped asking "how" and "why."
We just accepted things.
So I started digging. And honestly? The answers are fascinating.
I'm also reading more books now. Trying to improve myself. Fill the gaps.
1 Lakh People in 24 Hours
Also, we posted a podcast episode last week.
Within 24 hours, almost 1 lakh people watched it.
Let that sink in for a second. 1 lakh people. In one day.
And here's the crazy part: 20,000 people watched it on their TV. In their living rooms. Like a regular show.

Here’s the link to watch the full episode: https://yt.openinapp.co/t77d5
20% of viewers chose to watch a conversation on their main TV. Not on their phones while scrolling. But actually sitting down and watching.
This is our best-performing episode ever.
And it made me think.
Do I Deserve This?
That success? It felt great. But it also scared me a little.
Am I good enough for this? Do I deserve this kind of reach?
Here's what I figured out: Success doesn't care if you're ready. It shows up anyway.
But what matters is what you do after.
If I want to deserve this success, I need to become better. I need to learn more. I need to be the person who can handle this responsibility.
Because when 1 lakh people tune in, they're not just watching entertainment. They're investing their time. Their trust.
And I want to be worthy of that trust.
2026: The Year of Learning
So I made a decision.
2026 is going to be my year of improvement.
Not just creating content. But becoming someone who creates real value.
Learning things I missed. Understanding the world better. Reading more. Thinking deeper.
Because people in Tamil Nadu, and everywhere else, deserve better content. Content that teaches. Content that inspires. Content that actually helps.
And I want to be the person who can give them that.
This podcast's success showed me something important: When you package value the right way, people respond.
Now I need to make sure I have enough value to keep packaging.
Over to You
Here's a question for you:

That's where I am right now. And honestly? It's exciting and terrifying at the same time.
Let me know if you've felt this way. Hit reply. I'd love to hear your story.
See you next Wednesday!
Cheers,
Epaphra
