How I Ended Up at the Table with People I Once Googled

Hey Beyonder! 👋
Last week changed everything for me.
You know that feeling when all the pieces suddenly click together? That was my entire week.
Three Guys, One Dream, One Apartment
Right now, three of us are working from the same apartment. It sounds crazy, and honestly, it is.
We wake up, grab coffee, and start building something we believe in. No commute. No office drama. Just pure focus on our work.
Is it the perfect setup? Probably not forever. But right now, it feels exactly right.
Meeting People I've Always Looked Up To
Last week, I got invited to the International Health Summit. The founder of Aircel invited me. (I really hope to get him on my podcast soon!)
Here's what shocked me: This man already has all the money he needs. He could stop working and live comfortably forever. But instead, he's building a new healthcare startup about reversing aging.
That hit me hard. Success isn't about stopping. It's about asking "What's next?"

Quick convo with Dharaneetharan at the Health Summit
At this event, I met incredible people:
The founder of Naturals Salon
The founder of Adyar Ananda Bhavan
Former Education Minister K. Pandiarajan
Growing up, I visited their stores all the time. Now I was eating lunch with the people who built them.
These founders have been in business longer than I've been alive. But they were humble, curious, and still excited about new ideas.
What I learned: Success doesn't make you stop growing. It makes you grow faster.
We're Building Something Special
This week, we started recording our writing program. This isn't just another online course. It's everything I've learned about writing for social media in the last two years.
My goal is simple: Help you go from point A to point B without getting confused.
No extra stuff or overwhelming information. Just what works.
We're also hiring new people, but we're being very careful. We want the right people for this journey.
Two Events, Two Different Lessons
Saturday: I went to a meetup organized by Dharaneetharan. (He was already on my podcast.)
The room was full of entrepreneurs from everywhere. People making matchboxes. Nutritionists. Car detailers. Product builders.
Some people were surprised I'd done so much at 24. But I was more impressed by them. Many had quit safe jobs after 10-12 years to do what they love.
That takes real courage.
Sunday: The Tamilpreneur Grand Event.
This one felt different.
In 2023, I was stuck at my job at Zoho. I didn't know where my life was going. I found Tamilpreneur, paid to join, and hoped something good would happen.
Last week, they invited me back as a speaker. They wanted me to represent Gen Z alongside successful older entrepreneurs.
I was on stage with VCs and founders running businesses worth ₹1,000+ crores. These are people who've achieved things I'm still dreaming about.

Sharing space with the ones I once looked up to.
Two years ago, I was sitting in the audience taking notes. Now I was sharing my thoughts with them.
Life moves fast when you're paying attention.
Three Things That Actually Help You Grow
1. Say yes to invitations that scare you a little When someone invites you to something and your first thought is "I'm not ready for this," that's probably exactly where you need to go.
2. Focus on learning, not impressing At both events, I spent more time listening than talking. The goal wasn't to prove I belonged there. It was to absorb everything I could.
3. Share your real journey, not just your wins When people asked about my story, I didn't just talk about successes. I talked about being stuck at Zoho, feeling lost, and taking small steps forward.
People connect with real stories, not perfect ones.
What's Coming Next
I'm thinking about making more vlogs. These events are full of valuable insights, and I want to share them with you.
Instead of spending weekends watching Netflix, I'd rather be in rooms with people who are building things. Learning. Growing. Taking everything in.
Would you watch those vlogs? Hit reply and let me know.
One Last Thing
We have new Beyonders joining us every week. If this newsletter helped you this week, share it with someone who might need it.
Real growth happens when we help each other move forward.
Thanks for being part of this journey. Last week was intense, but it felt meaningful.
Cheers,
Epaphra
P.S. I'm curious

Reply and tell me.
Sometimes we just need someone to remind us we're ready.
