You are missing Your Greatest Advantage

Hey Reader!

Something unexpected happened on a client call last week.

I was explaining our agency services —

when the founder cut me off and said:

“Forget the services… Can you just teach us how to tell stories like you do?”

At first, I laughed it off.

But it stuck with me.

Because this wasn’t the first time I heard it.

Attending a Client Call

I sat there, caught off-guard. I wasn't selling storytelling lessons. I was selling content services.

The Shift I Didn’t See Coming

Over the last few years, I’ve been laying the foundation —

learning the craft, building systems, and slowly turning that into an agency.

Our average client work sits between $2,000–$3,000.

We focused on high-ticket services because… the money’s good.

We handle everything — end-to-end. The client just shows up.

But here’s the thing:

  • Not everyone wants a done-for-you solution.

  • Some want to understand how it works.

  • And we can only serve so many people through 1:1 work.

This Is Bigger Than Me

Turns out, this pattern isn’t unique.

It happens across industries:

  • A programmer builds cool apps → but people want to learn how they think

  • A designer makes stunning visuals → but others ask for their creative process

  • A marketer runs killer campaigns → and founders say, “Can you teach me?”

People don’t just want results.

They want to learn how to think like you.

That’s the real value.

Done-for-You vs Done-with-You

With our agency, we do the work.

But what if someone wants to learn how to do it themselves?

What if we could teach:

✅ The structure behind great stories

✅ The psychology that makes them connect

✅ The emotion that makes them stick

So they can use storytelling anywhere — in sales, branding, hiring, or even daily life.

That’s when it clicked.

People don’t just want content.

They want to learn how to communicate better.

What I’m Building

So, we’re doing something new.

We’re building a storytelling program — practical, not theory.

It’ll show you:

  • How to find stories in everyday moments

  • The framework that makes them powerful

  • How to make people feel something when you speak or write

It’s still in progress. But I’d rather build it with you than alone.

👉 If you want early access, reply “I’m in” and I’ll add you to the beta list.

A Small Challenge

Ask 3 people around you:

You might be surprised by what they say.

It could be the skill you’ve been overlooking — just like I was.

If something like this has ever happened to you, hit reply. I’d love to hear your story.

Cheers,

Epaphra

P.S. We’re quietly building this in public. If you want a behind-the-scenes look or want to test the first version, just reply — I’ll loop you in.
